وَلَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا لِمَنۡ يُّقۡتَلُ فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ اَمۡوَاتٌ ؕ بَلۡ اَحۡيَآءٌ وَّلٰـكِنۡ لَّا تَشۡعُرُوۡنَ
And do not say of those who are killed in the way of Allah that they are dead; they are alive even though you have no knowledge of their life. (2:154)
We offer our sincerest condolences to our Palestinian brothers and sisters for the massacre and genocide taking place in Gaza. Palestine will be free and victorious against the oppressors. We stand firmly with the Palestinian Resistance (Hamas) and the courageous people of Palestine. With the help of Allah (swt), they will bring liberation and justice to Palestine and to the rest of the world iA. The Israeli regime is weak and afraid of all the calls for the freedom of Palestine taking place all over the globe. The regime's days are numbered.

Nihad Awad is a Palestinian-American who is the co-founder and the National Executive Director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States. He was born in Amman New Camp, a Palestinian refugee camp in Amman, Jordan. He has been frequently interviewed on national and international media such as CNN, BBC World Service, PBS, C-SPAN, NPR, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Voice of America, and Al-Jazeerah. CAIR news releases are disseminated to hundreds of thousands of people worldwide on a daily basis.
